- Born in Brno, Moravia, Czech Republic.

- Studies of photography at Secondary School of Art and Design Brno.

- Master's degree in art history at Masaryk University Brno.

- PhD degree in risk management.

- Presented in many solo and group exhibitions since 1983.

 

- Member of Art Group "Bratrstvo" (1989-94).

 

- Awards: 3rd prize in the competition for young european photographers "Preis für junge europäische Fotografen" (Frankfurt/Main, Germany - 1990).  

 

- Collections: Ludwig Museum Kőln, Museum of Decorative Arts Prague,      Moravian Gallery Brno, Museum of Arts Olomouc and private collections.
